Serving Requirements
Place 100g Short Grain Rice in a saucepan with water and cover. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is almost tender. Remove from heat but do not remove lid. Let rice steam for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
